Morning Sadhana
Join us for early morning Sadhana on the Saturday following each full moon.
Experience Kundalini Yoga, meditation, chant and a shared breakfast.
• 27th Feb – 5:30 am-8:00 am
• 27th Mar – 5:30 am-8:00 am
• 25th Apr – 5:30 am-8:00 am
Sadhana is not a Yoga class, although a Kundalini Kriya as taught by Yogi Bhajan will be part of every Sadhana. Everyone is welcome, always.
There is no charge made for Sadhana although a donation will be appreciated. Please feel free to bring some food for a shared breakfast afterwards.

As with any exercise program, it is always a good idea to consult your doctor prior to participating
If you are pregnant, or have serious physical limitations, please inform me on arrival.
Practice on an empty stomach (at least 1-2 hours after a light meal).
Wear comfortable clothing that does not limit movement, or cut circulation.
Come prepared to work barefoot in class.
